Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Its just us, so please allow 24 hours to receive a response from our customer service team (again, just us). 

We will be closed on the following days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Years Day.
